Do you end up day dreaming too much when you are supposed to study or work on that deadline. Excessive Day dreaming robs you of your precious time and takes away the focus from the current task.

This app helps you cope with the day dreaming habit.

Set the timer to the interval you feel comfortable. Then set the number of times you want the timer to run.

Every time the alarm is sounded you use the below techniques to focus your mind and be in the present moment.

Technique 1:

Set micro goals. Set a goal to achieve within next 1 min. E.g. I will send a reply to this email.

Technique 2:

Yell BOOOOOOOM! loudly in your head.
This should clear out any negative/unproductive thoughts in your head. Quickly replace it with a positive thought or a micro goal.

Technique 3:
Observe the surroundings. Comment in your head about what you notice. BE In the present moment.
